Located in Staffordshire, we had the pleasure of capturing Emily & Connor's ceremony at the Aston Marina Boathouse. Not a usual wedding, they chose to continue with their ceremony despite the limiting consequences of a worldwide pandemic. Although just Part One of the event, with Part Two coming August 2021, they certainly didn't skimp on any of the magic or purity of a Wedding.
They chose a stunning location. Aston Marina was the perfect choice. Lined with genuine narrow boats owned by the genuine public, a beautiful albeit quiet café beside the water, a jetty we all had access to, a cute bridge paving the way to a grassy field... There was a bit of everything.
However, this location wasn't the only. Not for the photography. Due to her family owning a number of farms, Emily took us to a wheat field due for harvest. We couldn't have asked for a better photo opportunity.
One thing we admire about this couple is their ability to make the most out of the resources they have available to them. While most of the country was living in fear, Emily & Connor had adapted a mentality to block all negativity and allow only love, appreciation and laughter in. It's day like these that make everybody smile.
